Volunteers - Fond du Lac Area Youth for Christ

Without volunteers with a heart for reaching out to the unchurched we would not have a ministry. To the right are some daring volunteers that have joined us in the mission of reaching out to area youth. If you would like to be a volunteer you can download the forms below. Once you fill out the forms send them in to the YFC office or turn them in to a staff person.

NOTE: You will need three reference forms filled out and mailed in by other persons.

Volunteer Application

This application needs to be filled out along with three reference forms sent in to the YFC office.

Waiver Form

This form is needed for a background check. We care for the students we work with and want to protect them as much as possible!!

Statement of Faith

This form consists of our vision and mission statements as well as are philosophy of ministry. Sign it and send it if you believe it and want to work with youth.

Reference Forms

Three of these forms need to be filled out by people you know. They then need to return the completed forms to the YFC office.
